5-foot wingspan. This kite is a 1/9 scale model of Charles Lindberg's monoplane. Features a cutout pilot and realistic cockpit with hinged door.
The spirit of St. Louis Kite flies very well in winds from 3 - 35 miles per hour. It also makes for a very attractive room decoration. The kit contain every thing, except paper glue, to build the Spirit of St. Louis airplane. It has a five foot wingspan and disassembles for storage. The original Spirit of St. Louis is on display at the National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.
